three 9”x 12” paper collages on bristol paper
pieces inspired by chandra mohanty’s under western eyes, a book i read for my feminism class that focused on the politics around women and gendered bodies in east asia, south east asia and south asia. i took pieces of photography from south, southeast, and east asian photographers that i admire and created a collage out of it.
